Shipping Policy

Delivery

Orders placed before 13:00 (GMT+2) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed later will be shipped the following day. This applies Monday-Friday, excluding China public holidays.

Where's my order?

Track orders from Zealot Speaker using the tracking link sent to your email. If you haven't received a link, please contact us at support@zealot-speaker.com. cannot help with the delivery status regarding how long time it will take for your package to arrive. Please contact the shipping company that delivers your package.

How long does the delivery take?

E-Packet

The delivery time of e-mail varies depending on the destination. The following is the timeliness information for some countries:

1.USA and Canada: 7-10 working days. twelve
2. Mexico: 10-15 working days. two
3. European countries: 7-10 working days.
4. Brazil: Approximately 15 working days.
5. Australia: 7-10 working days.
6. Asian countries: 5-7 working days.
7. Japan: Approximately 5-8 days. three

*It should be noted that these timeliness information may be affected by the logistics off-season and peak season, and delays may occur during peak season

Express

DHL Express: 3-7 days

UPS Express: 3-7 days

Returns

30 days return right

When you shop online at www.zealot-speaker.com you have 30 days to regret your purchase and return the item(s) to us. The return right counts from the day you received your product. If the period ends on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day. It is not possible to cancel your order by refusing to accept the parcel or not collecting the product.

How do I return something?

My package has been sent back to Kreafunk and I don't know why

Follow the manual – reset (old products must run out of power and must charge for 6-8 hours). Try to pair with several devices. If it doesn’t work, contact support@zealot-speaker.com
